jilaa Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the jilaa website at jilaa.app and all associated services, applications, and content operated by jilaa.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the jilaa Platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jilaa Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game or sporting event through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your jilaa Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulation and jilaa's compliance obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and oversees jilaa's operations.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.

By accessing the jilaa Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form the entire and exclusive agreement between you and jilaa with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms. jilaa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice provided via the Platform or registered contact details. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by jilaa's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplementary policies, these Terms shall prevail.

To be eligible to open and use a jilaa Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR licensing conditions. jilaa strictly enforces age verification and will close any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age, forfeiting any remaining balance in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of Account use.
• You are using the Platform for your personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of any other person, business, or entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilaa or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by jilaa or by PAGCOR — at the time of registration or Account use.
• You have not previously had a jilaa Account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair your judgment when registering or wagering.

jilaa reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to jilaa's reasonable satisfaction.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the jilaa Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine AML laws, all jilaa Accounts are subject to KYC verification. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document — accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, driver's license, and SSS ID — along with a recent selfie photograph. Additional documents may be requested as part of enhanced due diligence.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. jilaa may, at its discretion, also require KYC completion before processing deposits above certain thresholds. Account functionality may be restricted pending KYC completion.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a serious violation of these Terms and Philippine law. jilaa will immediately suspend and close any Account found to have been registered using false information, forfeit the balance therein, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

jilaa will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as having been authorized by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account, you must notify jilaa immediately at [email protected]. jilaa cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 12.

jilaa strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account, using a strong and unique password, and logging out of the Platform when using shared or public devices.

Deposits into your jilaa Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT (TRC-20), and 7-Eleven over-the-counter. The minimum deposit is ₱50. jilaa reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made using stolen, fraudulent, or illegally obtained funds will be forfeited, and the Account will be permanently closed. jilaa complies with all applicable AML reporting obligations.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been fully completed. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where operationally impractical, in which case jilaa will withdraw to a verified account in your name. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published in the Platform's Cashier section and may vary by payment method. jilaa targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for fully verified Accounts during regular operating hours.

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jilaa reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the balance of dormant Accounts. Players will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to reactivate their Account before any such fees are applied.

jilaa may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be published alongside the Promotion offer. In the event of any conflict between general Promotion terms and the specific terms of an individual Promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Promotions are for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or exchanged for cash except where expressly stated.
• jilaa reserves the right to void any Promotion, withdraw bonus funds, and withhold related winnings if it reasonably believes that the Promotion has been misused, exploited through bonus abuse strategies, or claimed by an ineligible player.
• Players who are self-excluded or subject to deposit limits may be ineligible for certain Promotions.
• jilaa reserves the right to modify or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Promotion already accepted by a Player in good faith will be honoured on the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

All games available on jilaa are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game rules shall apply to the conduct of that game, but these Terms shall apply to all other matters including Account management, financial transactions, and dispute resolution.

jilaa uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all applicable games. RNG integrity is independently audited on a regular basis. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time. Decisions made by RNG systems and live dealers are final and binding subject to jilaa's dispute resolution process.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, jilaa reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. jilaa shall not be liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting on jilaa is subject to additional sportsbook rules published in the Platform's sportsbook section. Odds are determined by jilaa at its discretion and may be subject to change prior to market closure. Bets placed at erroneous odds — including odds resulting from system errors — may be voided at jilaa's reasonable discretion with the wager returned to the Player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilaa Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to manipulate any game outcome through the use of software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or collusion with other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained via exploitation of a known bug may be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies on Promotions, or coordinating with others to exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity or in breach of any applicable AML law.
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform, including by making deposits with no genuine intention to wager.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilaa staff, live dealers, or other Players.
• Charging back deposits or initiating fraudulent dispute claims with payment providers.

jilaa is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be an entertaining activity — not a way to generate income or escape personal problems. jilaa recognizes that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviors, and the Platform provides tools to help manage this risk.

Available responsible gaming tools on jilaa include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jilaa Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period and will be reported to PAGCOR where required.

To activate any responsible gaming tool, visit the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings or contact support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. jilaa will make every reasonable effort to honour self-exclusion requests promptly but cannot guarantee instantaneous enforcement across all channels.

All content on the jilaa Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and the "jilaa" brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilaa or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercialise any Platform content without jilaa's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, jilaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jilaa in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilaa shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Loss arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond jilaa's reasonable control (including natural disasters, Acts of God, government actions, or telecommunications failures).
• Decisions made by independent game outcomes (RNG or live dealer) where those outcomes are verified as technically correct.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilaa's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilaa reserves the right to suspend or close your Account, and to withhold or forfeit your balance, at any time and without prior notice where jilaa reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jilaa support. Upon closure initiated by you in good standing, any remaining cash balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method, subject to pending KYC requirements.

Accounts closed due to Terms violations, fraud, or AML concerns will have their balances handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law, which may result in forfeiture.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the jilaa Platform shall first be subject to jilaa's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact jilaa support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. jilaa will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilaa's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above processes shall be brought in the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilaa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via your registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR direction.

The current version of the Terms will always be available at jilaa.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
